Dozens of miners died underground in last years in the main coal mining region of Romania, Jiu Valley (also known as "the gateway to the Transylvanian Alps"). The most recent mine blast killed 5 on 5 february. Just one day before, the minister of Regional Development and Tourism failed to inaugurate a gondola lift in the region: dozens of people were left stranded up in the air for 40 minutes because the gondolas were ...overcharged. Now the translation for this cartoon:
